We endeavour to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has “shipped,” marks the time when shipping has commenced

All packages sent may have a separate tracking number and can be monitored on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping


All Product prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgment for each applicable order. Taxes will be charged for orders shipped to location in which Inkdotpot is obligated to collect and report such sales. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.


All our products are shipped from our warehouse office in India within 48 hours of receiving a confirmed payment of your order. All items are shipped worldwide through India Post with the service of Registered Airmail. We also make provision for expedite shipping from private Courier services, such as: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, UBX, TNT and so on. If you shop for $40, then your Parcel is automatically upgraded to expedite shipping service. All shipment via private courier services comes at an extra cost to the customer. Please check on the order confirmation page to know the delivery option available to you, their duration and cost of service.

On rare occasion, there may be restriction of shipping to particular country, if such case arrives, we will duly inform you of your options.

NOTE: We don’t offer weekend deliveries and Expedited shipping by Inkdotpot cannot deliver to P.O. Box or Military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.). If you wish to have your package delivered to these types of addresses, then we would ship it from India postal services, which in turn would be delivered to you via local post office in your country.


All purchase orders are processed within 48 business hours. Shipping may take anywhere between 15 – 25 business days for deliveries via India Postal Service, depending on your location and the opening hours of your local post office. In certain occasions things may get stuck at customs for inspection but be rest assured that they will reach you very soon!

Delivery through our Expedited shipping with private Courier service takes up to 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables which is actually beyond you or our control. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations.


Non-delivery must be notified to the Company in writing within 48 hours from the date under the Contract specified for delivery. Damage to goods or any shortfall must be notified in writing by the Customer to the Company within 48 hours of delivery. The Company shall be entitled to make good any shortage or non-delivery of the goods

Failure by the Customer to comply with Conditions will render void any possible claim of any nature against the Company.


All goods purchased through the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such goods pass to you upon tender of the item to you by the carrier, whether or not a signature of receipt has been obtained:

  1. • where the goods are collected by or on behalf of the Customer the risk shall pass immediately upon collection; or
  2. • where the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery, risk shall pass to the Customer at the time when the Company has tendered delivery of the goods.


We shall reasonably endeavour to deliver the goods on the date stated in the order acknowledgement, but such dates are reasonable estimates only and the time for delivery shall not be of the essence

We will not be liable to you for any unforeseeable loss, damage or expense you suffer which arises directly or indirectly from any delay in delivery of the goods which arises from circumstances outside of our control. We will always notify you of your delivery prior to the arrival of your goods at your address.

In the event that the Company is unable for any reason to fulfil any delivery of the goods on any estimated delivery date the Company shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract or have any liability to the Customer.

If the Customer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give the Company adequate instructions for delivery (in the event of a non-delivery due to mistake by customer in filling the delivery address, name or any other relevant information), then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company may re-ship the goods to the Customer for the reasonable costs of redelivery.


To change your delivery address, please contact our customer care team, via we’ll verify your details and any change in delivery fee if applicable. This option is available 24 hours just before the dispatch of your product. Once goods have been dispatched for delivery, to change a delivery address will come with a redelivery cost.
